【更新】婆媽很受傷 高價豆油伯竟摻金蘭賣

今年獲選為屏東十大伴手禮的「豆油伯」系列醬油,
遭爆料竟混調金蘭醬油製成「金豆醬油」和「缸底醬油」出售,
民眾直斥 1 瓶 300 元的高級醤油,竟用 50 元的平價醬油混充,覺得感情很受傷。
2012 年起,
屏東竹田鄉「豆油伯」醬油相繼獲得六堆客家、全國百大和屏東十大伴手禮多項榮銜,
不僅在網路和實體店舖熱銷,更是百貨公司專櫃高檔商品,
旗下醤油每瓶從 160 元到 320 元不等。
葉小姐向《蘋果》爆料指出,在各大通路市場相當暢銷的豆油伯系列醬油,
製售商六堆釀興業的金豆醬油和缸底醬油算是主力產品,但產品成份標示不清,
經屏東縣衛生局追查並以公文回覆,確認豆油伯因自釀醬汁不足,
而向金蘭公司購進醬汁混合。
製售豆油伯的六堆釀興業行銷總監李明芳表示,
去年底因新廠房供應線調整和原料黃豆不足,曾向金蘭購入一批生醬汁,
生醬汁也是根據預訂製程配方釀造,等級和要求均符合規範。
因為純釀醬油從發麴、發酵至少四到六個月,還要榨汁、調配和裝瓶等流程,
「廠商間原料支援互調是很平常的」。
她說,豆油伯的醬油製造成本高,但未明確告知消費者的前提下,
進用其他廠品的生醬汁調配,確實有所不當,對於消費者致上歉意,
未來將秉持自製自銷傳統,堅持誠意不打折。
屏東縣衛生局副局長蔡木材表示,豆油伯向同業購進半成品醬汁,再據以調配成成品,
並以自己的品牌售出,就像委託代工一樣,並不違法。
但屏東縣政府代理消保官盧仲炬認為,依公平交易法第 21 條規定,
業者有責任和義務揭露正確商品訊息,違者可限期改正或停止行為,
逾期未改正可處 100 萬元,且可按次連罰。
另外消費者若對於該項產品失去信心,可要求業者退費。
